Position: Director Business Recovery & Insolvency Division of Moore Stephens

Experience: Darren has headed up the corporate & personal insolvency division of Moore Stephens since 2000. Managing a staff of over 15 professionals, the department provides insolvency advice to a wide range of both corporate and personal clients and undertakes a range of insolvency work including Administrations, Liquidations, Voluntary Arrangements and Trustee appointments.

With over 15 years experience in insolvency, Darren has presented at seminars on all aspects of both corporate and personal insolvency, specifically on the changes which have occurred in Northern Ireland since the introduction of the Enterprise Act.

Darren’s presentations are generally linked with pre-insolvency legal seminars which provide sound information on the recovery of debt.
